The acrylic acid foaming agent track bed is a new type of track structure. It is a mixture of acrylic acid, catalyst and foaming agent in the ballast track bed that has been stabilized. By adding mixtures of acrylic salt, catalyst and foaming agent to complete the steps of foaming, expansion and solidification between the ballast, and makes the foam acrylic elastic material to be full of gaps between ballasts, and firmly adheres ballast particles, forming an elastic monolithic ballast structure.

This technology combines the advantages of ballasted track and ballastless track. It has the characteristics of good elasticity and elastic-holding capacity, good stability of cumulative deformation and small maintenance workload. It solves the technical problems of difficult maintenance of ballasted track bridge and tunnel section. At the same time, it has good vibration deduction and noise reduction function, provides a suitable track structure form for urban rail transit, It is the enrichment and perfection of the existing track structure technology system.

Acrylic foaming agent curing track bed has excellent performance,not sensitive to water. Whether the track bed or stone is wet or not has little impact on it. At the same time, it has excellent repeatability and easy to use.

Acrylic acid solidified track bed is applicable to long and high-speed railway steel bridges, sections with special foundation that is difficult for maintenance heavy-duty railway, urban rail transit with vibration reduction and noise reduction requirements, and ballasted track sections damaged by wind and sand in the western area.

It’s composed of acrylic salt,catalyst and foaming agent, mix with  a certain proportion and solidify rapidly. After curing, it has good elasticity and good shock absorption effect.
