The acrylic acid foaming agent solidified ballast bed is a new track structure. It is a mixture of acrylic salt, catalyst and foaming agent in the ballast bed which has reached stability. It is completed by foaming, expansion and solidification between the ballast, which makes the foam acrylic elastic material full of gaps between ballasts and firmly adheres ballast particles, forming elastic monolithic ballast structure.
This technology combines the advantages of ballasted track and ballastless track. It has the characteristics of good elasticity and elastic holding capacity, good stability of cumulative deformation and small maintenance workload. It solves the technical problems of difficult maintenance of ballasted track bridge and tunnel section. At the same time, it has good vibration and noise reduction function, provides a suitable track structure form for urban rail transit, and enriches and improves the existing track structure technology system.
Acrylic foaming agent curing track bed has excellent performance and is not sensitive to water. Whether the track bed or stone is wet has little impact on it. At the same time, it has excellent repeatability and simple construction. For example, the repair of individual track bed and separate construction are relatively simple and cheap.
Acrylic acid solidified track bed is applicable to long and long steel bridges of high-speed railway, sections with special foundation, sections with difficult maintenance of heavy-duty railway, urban rail transit with vibration reduction and noise reduction requirements, and ballasted track sections damaged by wind and sand in the West.
Product composition: acrylate, catalyst and foaming agent are mixed in a certain proportion to cure rapidly. After curing, it has high strength, elasticity and good shock absorption effect.
